Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the given adress

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
